PROFILE

Joseph is a licensed architect with over forty-six years of extensive experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction professions. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, including single and multi- family residential developments, design/build construction services, historical preservation, municipal, commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare facilities. His expertise also encompasses related structural, mechanical, and civil responsibilities. Throughout his career, he has provided construction management services for numerous public works projects and local school districts, ensuring the successful delivery of functionally and financially viable projects. His experience spans budgeting and estimating, scheduling, contract writing, coordination and control of planning, design, contracting and construction processes. He is also skilled in maintaining effective communication and implementing conflict resolution strategies throughout project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project architect, responsibilities including communication with clients, consultants, and project managers. Implementation of clients program with attention to budget and schedule. Conduct periodic meetings with key personnel to review procedures to maintain efficiency and open communication. Liaison between Federal, State and Local municipalities. Legal aspects of projects including construction bids, review and analysis, recommendations, preparation of contract and related legal issues. Develop correspondence for communication regarding project status. Representation at public hearings and/or governing agencies. Finalizing project with regards to financial and legal requirements within the design and construction of residential architecture throughout all phases of residential development.
